Borsalino Eyewear Launch

One of the perks of blogging is being invited to fabulous events and I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of Borsalino Eyewear by Prestige Eyewear at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf.

Guests included Young Talent Time presenter Rob Mills, Channel V Presenter Danny Clayton, The Consul General of Italy Sergio Martes, Essendon AFL champion Steve Allessio, Steve ‘The Commando’ Willis and Andrew Morello from The Apprentice. We were treated to drinks on the balcony served with sumptuous canapes surrounded by breathtaking views. Pre-show I took the opportunity to pose up a storm on the runway (see pic 😉 as you do! Brings back memories.

We were told on the invite to be prepared for a show and what a show it was! Models and dancers showcasing the new range to finely choreographed dance routines provided by dance troupe Vamp. The catchy music had us all grooving in our seats. Unfortunately I had to leave early as mums do but I had a wonderful time and met some lovely people including the Borslino team from Italy.

A few days later I was contacted by the lovely Salv Gervasi from Prestige Eyewear who told me that I could choose a pair of sunglasses from the Borsalino range. It just gets better and better! I had a difficult job as there were so many beautiful ones to choose from. Thank you for your patience Salv! I finally opted for the same ones modeled by Danny Clayton at the launch. Good choice right?
