Another day, another event. Tough gig I know! I took a friend and her daughter with my son and I to David Jones, Elizabeth St for Fred Bare’s 20th birthday party. I absolutely adore David Jones. It reminds me of the high end department stores in London: Harvey Nichols, Fenwicks, Liberty, exuding old school glamour and class. So of course the Fred Bare party didn’t disappoint.
It was a lovely soiree for children and parents with a popcorn machine, photo booth, birthday cupcakes, DJ and a play area for kids to colour in their very own white Fred Bare T-shirt. Guests snacked on sandwiches (with the crusts cut off of course), yoghurt, fresh fruit and muesli, Nudie smoothies and popcorn. What a lovely way to spend a Thursday morning! We left with goody bags (which by the way were Fred Bare floral print fabric) filled with Fred Bare sunglasses, Zoo lunch bags, David Jones toy trucks, chocolates from the House of Chocolates, biscuits with the Fred Bare logo` and a copy of Papier Mache, a very stylish children’s magazine. Very impressive!

Of course I had to mention Fred Bare’s clothing! If you’re looking for quality childrenswear with fashion forward styles then look no further. Fred Bare uses exclusive prints and artworks ensuring every item is a stand out.
Here are some picks for my son:

Hawaian Print Shorts Rib Waist Denim Shorts
Fern Print Hat Stripe Shirt
The girls dresses are absolutely beautiful and bang on trend. Lots of yellow (so hot right now) and floral. They were the first things I looked at when I arrived at the party. Here are my picks for mu daughter, if I had one!:
Do you love Fred Bare as much as I do?
