Product of the Week ~ Borne Naked Handbag Liner!

borne+naked

I have seen lots of different style dares on Twitter but I never really jump on board. I have a small baby which makes it difficult for me to commit to anything. I always think however that they look like lots of fun and a great way to connect with other bloggers. I recently joined in with the Fox In Flats ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ dare in which you had to dress in an LBD like Audrey Hepburn for the day. I accepted this challenge largely due to the fact that it was only for one day and I dress like that normally so it wasn’t too much of a stretch.

Then I saw a tweet about a handbag dare, change your bag every day for the month of November aka Bagvember! The challenge had been laid down by Amanda George from Borne Naked. This was one I definitely wanted to get involved in because I am a self-confessed handbag addict. I missed the first two days and when I saw the pictures of all the lovely bags from the ladies who had joined in I wanted in on that action. I must say I am loving it! I have met some wonderful women with a shared love of handbags, there is even talk of lunch! I am also using some of my old bags that I haven’t laid eyes on in ages.

Here’s my 1st five bags from Bagvember:

Top Left: Bill Amberg
Top Middle: Mulberry Emmy
Top Right: Chloe
Bottom Left: Louis Vuitton
Bottom Right: Il Tutto & Skip Hop Zoo

Which brings me to my product of the week: the Borne Naked Handbag Liner. The lovely Amanda kindly gifted me some liners for Bagvember to make the whole ‘changing my bag every day’ experience run smoothly. I cannot believe I hadn’t heard of them before! It is so simple, you pop everything into the liner and into your bag. It’s see-through so you can locate any item easily. They even come in different sizes from a clutch to a tote and will keep your bag organised whilst protecting the interior! It is such a great idea and will save me lots of time in the future. And to think of all the damage I have done to the insides of my poor bags! Check out her great website here.

  • Great product. So good to be able to see all the ‘stuff’ Ah bring back the days when one left home with a handbag and a bottle of bubbles. If only we knew what was to come with kids.

    Lovely to meet you today

That really is a great idea. I love all your bags, the whole changing daily thing would drive me crazy, I struggle to remember to take a bag with me as it is. Though I am a lot better now than what I used to be, I guess that is kids for you!

The main reason I get stuck in a rut with one handbag is the hassle of taking everything out and getting it in the new bag. So I have bought alot of black bags over the years because I know they need to be worn for consecutive weeks (ok sometimes months).
What a great product. I am going to check it out, along with some new and more “on trend” finery to drape on my shoulder!

  • I love the fact you can see through this bag organiser. Even my make up case is see through so I think this is a winner. Thanks for the review 🙂

  • Oh Kimba Likes had one of these too recently. I thought it looked like a great idea. And it makes swapping your handbag so much easier!
