Bub Stylista turned 3 at the weekend so he’s really not my Bub Stylista anymore. I’ll have to think of a new name! We took him out for a family lunch to the Award winning Italian restaurant Criniti’s in Woolloomooloo as part of his weekend birthday activities.
Crinitis is located on Woolloomooloo Wharf, one of my favourite spots in Sydney to eat. It’s leisurely lunch on a whole new level. You could literally sit for hours people watching, taking in the views of the harbour and boats bobbing on the water.
If you are a fan of Italian then you have to make a visit to Criniti’s! The food is amazing, authentic Italian fare at it’s best. For starters we tried the Nonna’s bruschetta with goats cheese, artichokes and roasted capsicum and the popping prawns, salt & pepper prawns wrapped in kataifi pastry with lemon zest aioli. Yes it was as delicious as it sounds.
The pizzas are absolute perfection, traditional wood-fired deliciousness. I opted for the classic Margherita and the hub went for a Suprema accompanied with a large and tasty Mediterranean salad. Bub Stylista chose the spaghetti bolognese with Mamma Criniti’s homemade meatballs from the Kids menu. A sizeable portion that the hub had no problem helping him with!
